JerseyHarold Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 If you cash-in the pop and beer cans you can get a free burger out of them. Quote

Shel..I don't hve to wit for snow to melt to see the evidence of pigs passing through the area..this weeks surprise was a bit more gross than the average..who are these slobs..I had never had this problem till I got to rural Georgia...where the highways are the folks trashcans..but I have to admit that Ihave seen thes on the increase just about everywhere nowdays Quote
Oldguy48 Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 I live in a small city, along a major thoroughfare (PA Rte. 11). The amount of trash that I find along my street is unbelievable. I wish I could catch these idiots throwing their trash into the street. I'd report them in a heartbeat. I get annoyed with picking up after these bums. Too bad some people have no respect for other's property anymore. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 most folks that do this are not property owners thus they have never had to pick up after others... Quote
greg g Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 (edited) We did the stretch i front of our place Monday, typical cans and bottles some snuff boxes, cigarette packs fast food stuff, couple upscale coffee product containers. One might think that some one who could afford a 6 dollar Vente Cafe machiatto or what ever else the green mermaid sells, they would have the sense to dispose of their trash correctly. Couple hubcaps, bits and pieces of other stuff sluffed off vehicluar traffic. Big find was a pin for a riggers shackle, and a trailer spare tire, very spare..... Yes sir yes sir three bags full in a hudred yards. Edited April 25, 2011 by greg g Quote
Dan Hiebert Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 Takes me half an hour to pick up just the cigarette butts every weekend, and I've only got 90 feet frontage. Quote
