Is has been a little over 3 years since my 41 Chrysler has seen the road. I put a new set of new 16" WWW radials from Diamondback on her and had to do a little carb work. Got the carb rebuild kit from NAPA. She awoke and ran good and didn't seem to hold a grudge because of my neglect. May have to do wheel cylinder but she was happy to be out.

What a beauty! The best colour combination too ,my 48 is boring old black ,wish it was two tone green. Please post some pictures of the interior, mine is a highlander so i think would look a little bizarre and christmassy with the green!

Nothing wrong with a black and Highlander car. A friend has a 1948 Chrysler black Windsor club coupe with the Highlander interior. I like it.Here are a couple pics of the interior of the 50 hardtop.

Stunning interior Bob ,is it original?Certainly looks it! Judging by the worn out paint on the handbrake ..same as mine! One question,,is the pearl finish on the steering wheel original ,i ask as i am thinking of having mine redone in pearl finish by a company in Australia called Pearlcraft ,yours looks lovely.

The wheel and the interior are original-The mottled plastic steering wheel is perfect which in any 1950-52 Chrysler is near impossible to find now days. I'm lucky to have one so nice. I have heard of Pearlcraft too-they do nice work. This car has 59,000 original miles. Seat upholstery needs some minor repairs and cleaning but is totally fine as is.
