T120 Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 ...Is there a way to reset to zero?I notice that my number of postings has come dangerously close to the "Guru" status and I'm therefore reluctant to post any further comments, lest someone mistakenly assume I am an authority and seek my advice on something rather than "Senior member, someone with way too much time on their hands", which is probably a more appropriate description..I do enjoy this forum and the helpful advice offered as well as the bantering that takes place. greg g Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 you could always re register under a different nome de' plume. But Guru status come with no pressure. The small print says postings are for entertainment purposes only and are oly the opinions of the posters. Quote

martybose Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 (snip)Edit: this post is # 173,500 Isn't this number of posts mind-boggling!!!! I wonder how much hard disk space it takes to hold this many? Marty Quote
RobertKB Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 You can always go back and delete any posts that you made which you feel have added little or no enjoyment to the forum:) That would give you a little cushion to work with;) Hey if I did that, I could get back to the just joined status:eek: Then, if a lot of us did that, we could go back to the approaching 100,000 post mark, and I could stop watching for the 200,000 post mark:DEdit: this post is # 173,500 I used to know how to find the number of posts but have forgotten. Can you remind me please. I know how to find the number of posts per member but not the overall total. Quote
