greg g Posted September 24, 2009 Report Posted September 24, 2009 We intercepted the POC tour today at a farm outside of Westminster. Gentleman farmer who no longer farms and has turned his attention to collecting a few thing like a hundred or so case tractors 6 or 8 case automobiles, and a few Dodge Brother cars and trucks, and some other items from agriculture and daily life. So here are a few if his stuff in no order. Quote

randroid Posted September 24, 2009 Report Posted September 24, 2009 Greg, That green rag-top with a gray wheels\body and black hood has to be from the late teens or early twenties, me thinks. Any info on it? -Randy Quote
Furylee2 Posted September 25, 2009 Report Posted September 25, 2009 He had a couple of Case cars, mid-teens. I think that was on of those. Quote
grey beard Posted September 25, 2009 Report Posted September 25, 2009 Hey Greg, Glad you latched onto Herb's place. His Case collection is second to none. Several years ago we had a national Case Collectors' Convention at a local park at Hampstead, and he invited us all over. Every power unit was hooked to an age-appropriate implement - either by hitch or by belt. He has everything from the steam era up through the fifties. His collection also numbers more Case cars than any other in the world. He is truly a world-class collector, and a very nice guy. I'm glad you got to enjoy his place - quite worth the trip in itself, IMHO. Quote
Furylee2 Posted September 25, 2009 Report Posted September 25, 2009 Took a road trip to some covered bridges today. Here's a picture of Greg's car coming through. Second shot is Marks sedan. Quote
