Guess I'll flunk that test.:D I don't read books on the web. When I read a book' date=' I want to sit back in my recliner and relax while I read a book.[/quote']

If I can only find it on the web and I feel like paying the paper and toner cost, I print it out. Then sit back in my recliner and relax while reading.

In the case of that particular book, I purchased it a few years ago. Not particularly well edited but it is packed with little known trivia. For example that is where I learned the answer to another question currently on this forum "carbs..whats B and B mean?".

Dad has that one and I couldn't put it down. I brought it to a trip to my cousins cabin and ended up reading the whole thing the first day.

I printed a book off the web once for my wife. Oprah had one on her website about a year ago she wanted to read that was a free download. It was about 300 pages, but I printed it off for her and put in a binder. That's a pain too, so I wouldn't do it for myself.

As for that question about, what does B and B mean. I really didn't know then, and to be honest never went back to that thread to find out. It really didn't matter to me cause that's what it's called, cause that's the name someone gave it.:)

"B and B" is short for "Ball and Ball". And "Ball and Ball" was the name given to it by F.H. Ball and his son F. A. Ball who developed it. Later on Chrysler got the patents and the grandson, Tom Ball went to work for Chrysler on carburetor development.

I see an ad here in one of my magazines that there is a new book out called "Steering Wheels and Dashboards,1939-1949: Chrysler Corporation.

At $22.50, it includes a CD with pictures. $18.50 w/o the CD.
