busycoupe Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 No picture, just a line of dots (periods?) Quote
Don Coatney Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 You flunked. What you need to do is hit the preview post button not the post button. If the picture comes up in the preview most likley it will come up when posted. Quote
Frank Elder Posted February 1, 2009 Author Report Posted February 1, 2009 You are right, hit the wrong button. Boy, are you guys bored today or what? Quote
RobertKB Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 I got an attached thumbnail showing and when I clicked on it, I got a larger picture. Worked for me. Quote
Dennis Hemingway Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 I see a photo of a Dodge parked next to what looks like a garage. Dennis:cool: Quote
Frank Elder Posted February 1, 2009 Author Report Posted February 1, 2009 dots instead of words,it's quicker, so the picture will post. How about that push bar??? JC Whitney? Quote
Frank Elder Posted February 1, 2009 Author Report Posted February 1, 2009 Just practicing downloading pictures, some I had to change the sizes on to be acceptable, and those all seem to become thumbnails. I'll figure out how to print full size one these days. If anyone else needs to practice posting pictures....feel free to use this thread. For those who got the "magic" picture of course it was edited in after I hit the wrong button:D Quote
Young Ed Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Frankie thats a 41-42 bus judging by the lower grill stainless bars. Quote
Young Ed Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 It almost looks like it has one of the blackout soybean hood ornaments too. Quote
Frank Elder Posted February 2, 2009 Author Report Posted February 2, 2009 It sold for 800 on the hamb, V8 and a dodge dually pickup chassis. I kinda figured it wasn't original after I saw the porthole in the body. Quote
Young Ed Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Looks like a lotta fun for $800. Quote
Normspeed Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Looks like you got the picture thing nailed. Posting the larger ones is easy if you have Photobucket or another image hosting site. The good thing about the thumbnails though is that members on slower connections won't get slowed down viewing the large images. Thumbnails load fast. Quote
