  7. Car for sale at 10k on post #38? Then this 1940 Chrysler C26 New Yorker would be a good buy at 2500.00. OD trans go for 1000k or better. and it has a 1948 flat 8 that customer said was rebuilt. Can not verify. Rebuilt starter with solenoid goes for 500.00. Has new radiator. New radiator for these cars goes for around 1500.00.

  9. Here is the guy that makes floor shift on a regular basis. He also converts input shafts for fluid and none fluid applications. this guy is the guru for the 30s to40s Mopar drivetrain.   12. Yes, we pay 40.00 on the AACA forums and it is worth it. On the Hamb, FB, Abody, 348/409, and others are free and unlimited pictures to a degree.
  13. I just scored this 1940 Chrysler New Yorker C26. Flat 8 with OD. Will be selling it.
  14. My brother and I did this in 3 months. 2 car garage at night and weekends. My very 1st body off. We had a wedding to do that was going to have all white cars in the wedding.
  15. When I drove my car hauler in all 48 states, I mostly used the AC during the night when it was 100 plus. Loved driving with the windows down. Only idle when it would get below 10 at night.
  16. And that is why we have goggles.
