  1. I used a modine 345 in my D24. Was wider but moved it foward and had plenty of room. Will cool any engine you want to put in it.
  2. Scarebird, You did say (trivial stuff) didn't you. That describes this whole thread in a nut shell. We have even brought the army and navy in. Is this trival stuff what our next war is going to be about? I had Charlies kit and got rid of it because I had a problem dealing with him and would never deal with him again but that is between he and I. I see nothing wrong with someone pointing out that there product is different than someone elses and that is all Scarbird did in his ad. You can put your own words in and make an ad say anything you want it to which is what many of you have done. You CAN NEVER please every one. Think our time could be better spent. I don't know or have never meet scarebird but think he has been picked on for NO reason. Bill
  3. Give carquest your dis # and they have all parts listed.
  4. Iam not sure but if you send it to me I will check it out and get back to you sometime. Sound ok? Bill
  5. Sit in the truck and have some one hold the wheel for you. Put it where it feels best to you.
  6. In Need Of Front Fender Moldings Part #1335 335 & 1335 336 For 1950 Plymouth. Nos Or Straight. I Have Bent Ones Already. Any One Have? Thanks Bill

  8. Don't know how I missed the green 49 but it is a bute.
  9. NO Don, All they do is slight bends. Turn your springs upside down on the floor and measure from the floor to the centering bolt. now put them in your press and make several very slight bends and remeasure. If your measurment is 1" less you have lowered your car 1". You can go up by reversing them in the press. Bill:D
  10. Posies 717 566 3340 super slide springs. Will make them any height you want. I have these on two cars and they ride great. If you have a press you can arch your own. Bill
  11. Shawn, Your car is better off uncovered. When you put a cover on it out side it only traps moisture and rust forms much quicker. The best thing you could do is put plactic under the car so the floor dont rot which it will do if sitting on dirt out side. Bill
  12. The T5 is NOT a Chevy part. It is Borg Warner and Mopar has also used them.
  13. I have not used it but the guy at the paint store told me they now have an adhesive for sheet metal that will hold panels to gether so no reason it wont work on your angles.
  14. Remove the vac advance line from the carb. Install a plug on the carb or hold your finger over the hole. If it runs ok replace the vac advance on the dis.
  15. Take the mopar part # (if you have one) to NAPA or CARQUEST and they can come up with the right bearing.
  16. You say your truck has negative ground. Is it 12 vts and motor 6vts? What does the knob look like? Is it about the size of a pencil and 1/2" long?
  17. Take your socket to NAPA or any other good parts house and match it up. Should be no problem.
