How do we know if our engine's have hardened valve seats in them,I read in one book they do and in another its may have or not ...my truck is a late 49xx B1b but actually is a 50 B2B .... thanks

Yes that's what I meant but it only has holes on the top and bottom of gasket...just wondering if that was normal to drill the 2 center holes ...I believe it's a Carly's or cutalss or something like that ....maybe curtis

Got my new glass kit from bobs Auto Glass with new gaskets for front and rear......the windshield gasket only has holes in top and bottom...is that normal???

Thinking of installing a passenger side mirror for safety but man that door pin looks crazy stuck and don't want to start to remove it and end up screwing up the hinge.....Any suggestions out there ...thanks

This is what I ended up doing not stock but works smooth .....thanks again guys ...now I guess I'm on to wiring...or maybe tie rod ends.....got new bed wood on the way ......

Is clip 14-14-5 actually supposed to move ????? On the shaft or it's it tacked into place ???? Because mine does not move and I believe that's correct ...

Ok return spring is in pretty bad shape ...is that a parts store thing???? Just a throttle return spring ...didn't see one on Dcm website....steve

Very productive sat....intake on ... radiator back in and filled....gas tank installed... flywheel,clutch, pressure plate and T..O. Bearing in and trany installed......close to starting re-wire

Ok about to install my vacuum operated wiper motor.... any advice on putting a few drops of something inside ,I believe there is leather inside from what I've read.... someone told me brake fluid but wouldn't that expand the leather???? Thanks Steve
