Jim Saraceno Posted February 19, 2008 Report Posted February 19, 2008 Or are they unununu hub caps? Anyway, a couple of weeks ago someone posted a picture of their Dodge "3OOGE" hub caps. Since then I have aquired a very reasonably priced set of "nununun" hubcaps. Actually 4 of those and one "IIIiiIiiII" hub cap. I guess that's for the spare! The originals I have are in very rough condition so until I can find new wraps for them, these will do just fine. Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 Hey Jim......why not???? In addition to their usefulness, they are period oddities. That has a certain coolness factor. Quote
Niel Hoback Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 Paint those "letters" red and use them. I'll bet most people that see them won't know they don't say anything, let alone realize they are supposed to. The oddity value is great. Quote
greg g Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 Those nununun hubcaps usta be on the stationwagon down at the convent next to the Parochial shool. I think they were made by the same folks who made those St. Christopher medals. Quote

Young Ed Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 Guys one of my buddies told me that I think a dodge pickup in the Chrysler museum has one of these generic caps on it and they didn't notice when they restored it. Quote
