BloodyKnuckles Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 Just an update. Brent and I toyed with some '51 Buick trim I had laying around; He also patched a small hole in the floor that turned out incredible. I have a really cool set of turn signal pods that I'm using as taillights. We are filling the original taillight location and mounting the pods to the bumper. It should turn out pretty cool. He started on the garnish molding and should have it completed real soon. He spray bombed the bare metal to see how it looks one color. Just thought I would share. BloodyKnuckles Quote

BloodyKnuckles Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Thanks for all the positive replies. I'm still not sure wether or not I'm using this stainless but we just did a quickie to see how it looks. I have a good friend who can fix, cut, weld and polish stainless very well so any adjustments are do-able. We'll see! BloodyKnuckles BTW...Don, You suck!!! Quote

BloodyKnuckles Posted February 17, 2008 Report Posted February 17, 2008 For now just the roof and other areas that need touched up will go back to black. Next winter I plan on doing the whole body and interior. I still don't know what color to paint it. Probably black again. I need to enjoy the car this season. Quote
