Jim Gaspard
I just don't think I could get used to a 100 plus degree Christmas in December.
IanT_Qld
Welcome Tailgate, nice delux ute, and one of the recent ones (1957). Did you find it in this condition or have you had to restore it? One day I will have a 108B preferably a 1953 though, just because they are ours. Guest tailgate
Thanks for all the replies, how you see it is how it was when I purchased it. Had been sitting under a tree for 5 years, a splash of fuel down the carby and a points clean and it started up nicely. I thought the paint was stuffed but it polished up o.k., not on the road at the moment because the brake master cylinder needs work. Has had the usual rust repairs around the rear end and a respray in a previous "life". It will not be sitting for another 5 years, it should be back on the road after our 100 degree Christmas!!
