Hey all,

I'm continuing the work on getting my 50 meadowbrook all wired up correctly.  I see on the schematic (using the d34 page wiring diagram) for my car a parking brake switch and light.  Despite hunting for it, I can't find a switch, or provisions for a switch, anywhere.  Could it be that meadowbrooks didn't have an e brake light switch?

Most likely an option on the Dodge.

All the Chryslers have the e-brake light as std. equipment.

well, we've probably seen each other out there.  I'm the guy watching everybody else catch chinook! ?

Naw, I do alright, but, to be serious for a moment...the yearly show gets worse seems like every year.

The way my owner's manual describes it, the parking brake light and switch are standard on Dodges, at least 46-48.

In my parts manual this is listed as an accessory and the switch is located on a bracket at the handle.  No part number for the kit though.

The 1949-50 Plymouth /Dodge optional  E-brake signal light kit is #1300961.
