throttle return spring

I finally got my W model running thanks for all the help from all that answered my questions my last one for now is where is the throttle return spring? I can't find where it even goes

Tricky it goes to the towboard to the eyelet of a cotter pin. The spring goes forward from there to the throttle linkage on the manifolds

Here are a couple of pics I pilfered from someone else. The finger points to the toe board inside the truck where the pin is attached. It really seems like a larger cotter pin. The eye is on the backside as you can see from the second pic. This is where the spring attaches.
