I'm trying to find a light activated automobile finish paint that shines like a bright reflective silver when your headlights hit it at night, the Omaha pd uses this paint on several totally black cruisers so that you don't know they are police until the Omaha PD logo pops up. I had a trailer that was lettered with black reflective vinyl. Any shop that does vinyl graphics should be able to get what you need.
