I'd be careful with statements like that, Mr. Belvedere. There have been a few female members posting on this site from time to time, although I haven't heard much from them recently.

Ladies, if you're listening... How are you projects coming along?

I'm sure his comment was made in jest as were mine. Dang she signed up and I didn't even get a referral credit for it.

Actually, I can't think of a better way to get female participation then to make a statement like that, as a fella says; "Them there is fightin words!" Actually my Mrs. says she dosen't know why a woman would want to be on this site with a bunch of old men who think they are funny!(for the record I think you guys are very funny) Why, I would back hand her for such a statement if I wasn't so dang scared of her! She is German after all!

Hmmm.....I just noticed I have reached 2000 posts, and nothing happened. Except I'm a little older than I was 2000 posts ago.

The longest trip the convert has made this summer was to Tulsa.

So, it gets out of the garage at least on occasion.

Pete how do we know those freeway signs didn't start out as Idaho ones? In 3 weeks I am taking one of my old cars on a trip and will try to get a picture that says how many miles to the twin cities.

Here maybe this one will be a little bit more proof. Me and the coupe in Alexandria MN. I believe the statue was called big Olie.
