ktb Posted November 12 Report Posted November 12 Can anyone confirm that the threaded hole in the right rear top corner of the head (heater coolant source) is 5/8"? Quote
ktb Posted November 12 Report Posted November 12 Here’s what’s left of my heater control valve. 😭 Quote

Looking for a heater control valve workaround for my B-3-B... The price is VERY promising! I never installed the heater - it still sits under my bench in the garage. Life kinda got in the way. I'm still around - I don't recall being in the middle of a conversation, but I am sorry about making it feel like I ghosted you. LOTS have been going on over the last couple of years. I haven't had much time spent on the vehicles as I have been wrapped up in old tractors and their problems. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted Friday at 07:59 PM Report Posted Friday at 07:59 PM thanks for dropping it....we were exchanging PM and not on the open forum at the time.....excellent to know you alive and been tied up in other activities...while not a tractor, I am engaged in rehosting an engine on a Bobcat skid loader and close to engine start now. Adapting the hydraulic at this time. Quote
Young Ed Posted Friday at 10:14 PM Report Posted Friday at 10:14 PM Maybe post some tractor content in the off topic area. I've got this one waiting in the wings but it might squeak by enough to be in the truck forum 1 Quote
Sam Buchanan Posted Friday at 10:34 PM Report Posted Friday at 10:34 PM The original heater valve is stuck open and seized in the head of my P15, I'm afraid to crank down on it because it might break off in the head. I installed a valve in one of the heater hoses which is actuated by a bowden cable I installed in a spare knockout in the dash. Both valve and and cable were sourced from Amazon. Quote
