captden29 Posted June 24, 2018 Report Posted June 24, 2018 how does anyone keep a car that long and yet it remains beautiful? i guess it was restored, but few people would spend the money and time to do that car. many parts are not available. a good steering wheel is very difficult to find. anyway, the car is great. capt den Quote
Mike36 Posted June 24, 2018 Report Posted June 24, 2018 Nice Chrysler! Reminds me of the 52 Saratoga Dad had when I was a kid. Quote
casper50 Posted June 24, 2018 Author Report Posted June 24, 2018 The seats weren't done but looked as if everything else had been. Quote
busycoupe Posted June 24, 2018 Report Posted June 24, 2018 That is a sharp car! How about some pics of your coupe at the show? Quote

Dodgeb4ya Posted June 24, 2018 Report Posted June 24, 2018 Would have liked to see your car there. That's a really nice 51 Windsor hardtop... pretty rare car too. Still has the original carpets, dash pad, bullseyes and possibly door panels! I have a very similar Chrysler hardtop...a 1950 NewYorker...but with the straight "8" 1 Quote

Dodgeb4ya Posted June 24, 2018 Report Posted June 24, 2018 They are factory Motor Wheel wires which Chrysler started offering as a factory option in 1953. They really shouldn't be on a 50 but I like em and have them on another 52 Chrysler also. 1 Quote
