Help with gas pedal return spring hookup

Anyone have pics of how to hook up the return spring for the gas pedal...from pedal thur fire wall to linkage...thanks

Mine is also like shown by bach4660. On my truck there was a cotter pin through a small hole in the toe board. The spring hooks into the cotter pin eye.
