looks to be about 1936...has GM lines I think..maybe Olds...as for the ruble seat..not clear enough to see any step plates for accessing ..usually about the bumper and on the fender near the apex..

Looks like a hard working "middle class" couple, I would guess 36/7 Chevy Master. The ones with a full trunk had the bottom edge of the lid goes to the down just to above the bumper line, so it is probably a does have a Rumble seat, or a Mother in law seat by the stern look of the fellow.  Oldsmobiles were more of a Doctor's Lawyers, car.
