Odd, I was just there a couple days ago and the site was working.

 

found a notice , domain name expired 9/17/13 and is pending renewal or deletion

I don't own the domain for DPETCA (or site) and it looks like whoever is registered as owner needs to do a renewal asap.

The domain is paid up until next year.  Checking on what's the problem.  In the mean time you can use this:  http://dodgepilothouseclub.com/  It's the same, just not .org.
