dave5711
thanks guys! I wanted it to look like an old, maintained truck someone threw wheels and tires on. I think I got that. This project was a real eye opener for me. I've done lots of muscle cars, but this was waaaaaaaaaaay more work. I'm a professional auto tech and it was a LOT of work. I did everything except, 1) put in the windshields, and 2)weld the 4link brackets to the 8.75. For all the work, it was well worth it! By far the most rewarding vehicle experience I've had. dave5711
I love that quote too...lol As for the coast, I am in Carstairs (just north of Calgary) It's about 12hours to vancouver area, so that's where we went. Wife's cousin lives in white rock. We have some friends in Abbotsford, and the race event we went to, was in Mission. All about an hour radius of each other.
