B-Watson Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 The eBay listing has it right. It is for a 1941-42 DeSoto or Chrysler. The seller says "Vacumatic" which is not quite right. In the U.S. Chrysler called it Vacamatic while DeSoto called it Simplimatic. In Canada both DeSoto and Chrysler sold it as Simplimatic.
