Some pics of the Spring Special, having trouble like others finding the matching colors...Still working on the interior, like the lone star spring special the interior is a challenge however it is taking shape. Hope to have exterior painted in December.

I took my green int door panel to work and couldn't match it directly with a chip. It comes close to a mid '70s Dodge Forest green but that has a bit of metallic in it and might be just a bit light. Leaving the metallic out will darken it some and if that doesn't, a couple grams of black will.

They were an accessory made by MoPar for the years 49-52 I believe.

Reg do you know if they were made for trucks or if people just modified car ones? The set I have doesn't match up with the door handles on my 46.

Yes Ed.......they don't quite fit the 39-47's without a little modification. They do fit the 48-53's perfectly. The MoPar box says 49-52 Dodge and Plymouth if I am remembering correctly.
