oldodge41 Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 Short video of our return home from our ride this morning. I have some others but they are too long. Can anyone recommend a good free video editing program? Quote
greg g Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 OH NO!!!! Fuzzy Dice.............. Thanks for the vid. Windows has a movie maker should be under accessories on you program list, you can cut and compress stuff and do some other effects. Not real sophisticated but probably adequate for getting rid of dead air. Quote
randroid Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 oldodge41, That was pleasant. A quick drive through the PA hills in Autumn is a relaxing way to spend a few minutes, and for that I thank you. If you want to get the car into first while you're moving release the clutch in neutral and rev the engine to where you think it would be turning at that speed while in first gear, and if you're at all close there will be no grinding as you slip that lever on down without touching the clutch. You enjoy slipping the lever down, no? -Randy Quote
oldodge41 Posted October 23, 2011 Author Report Posted October 23, 2011 Randy, I drove 15 speed RoadRangers for awhile and am pretty decent at "slipping the lever down". LOL! Glad you guys enjoyed it. I have some nicer footage if I get it edited I will upload it. Quote
oldodge41 Posted October 23, 2011 Author Report Posted October 23, 2011 OH NO!!!! Fuzzy Dice..............Not only fuzzy dice but a dice shift knob, dice licence plate nuts and dice valve stem caps. My daughter loved that stuff when she was little. She and my wife bought it for me and I will proudly use it forever. Even if it is kinda hokey. LOL Quote
1940plymouth Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 Great ride, thanks for sharing, now you should have headed the Dodge north this morning and met up with us. Food for thought for another time:) Quote
JIPJOBXX Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 Nice smooth running car and not much engine nose at all-thanks Quote
littlemo Posted October 23, 2011 Report Posted October 23, 2011 Don't mind Don, he's just in a "grumpy" mood today!! ( Was that trashing dice or thrashing cows ??) lol big time !!! Cass, alias littlemo... Quote
oldodge41 Posted October 24, 2011 Author Report Posted October 24, 2011 Here is the five minute version if you got spare time on your hands. Not too bad for first attempt and a hand held camera on some rough PA roads. Missed the nice colors by a week too. Quote
