Tireson48plymouth001.jpg

Can anyone tell me what might be wrong with the drivers side front tire that is leaning out at the bottom. I checked for looseness in the tire and there isn't any that I can come up with. The one on the passengers side is straight up and down. The car is on jack stands in the front on the frame.

Thanks for the replies and I still can't get this pic thing right.

I see Don's been jacking around with Model T parts...

You have a trained eye. I have had these split axle jack stands sence the early 60's. I trust them over all others as there is no moving parts.

The tires look good when it is sitting on the ground. Tires are nice and straight it seems. I just figured that something was wrong because the other tire doesn't hang like that.

I couldnt have told you what they came from but I was going to mention it myself Don. I dont have any but I love the axle housing as jack stands bit. I have seen them used for grinder stands as well.

As far as the camber problem goes I would put it on the ground and check it with an anglefinder or level. Make sure your on a good flat and level surface.
