At this past weekends annual 7th Avenue street Fair/Car Show, I met a great gal, Ruth Anne, who has a 1948 P15 (Black with red rims, just like PLYWOOD), with newly converted 6V LED tail/stop lights. I asked her to email me the name of the company; so, here it is:

http://www.lambertenterprises.com/

I am going to contact them, soon, and ask about converting PLYWOOD to 6V LED boards, to install into my existing tail/stop lights. I haven't dealt with this company, however, Ruth Anne says they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Look for Ruth Anne to be checking out our forum and possibly joining, soon, from PHX, AZ.

As I recall, there were some posts by Norm's Coupe about him making

6V LED units for his brake lights. Might still be findable by searching.

I used this 12 volt equivalent before I converted to the new Technolstalgia fixtures. These 12 volt bulbs were not much brighter than standard bulbs.

I have the Technostalgia fixtures on both corners and in the center of my P15.

Love 'em.

The workmanship appears to be top-notch, and the lights really pop.

I find my 6 volt bulbs very bright, well maybe I just think there bright.

I would not pay $28.00 per bulb, are the 6 volt LED bulbs gonna be that much brighter, or last a so much longer, to justify this price. Maybe I am wrong, someone edumucate me on this......LOL
