James, it is cool thats for sure, but if there is no wond, and sunny it is not bad. Today I was at Safeway and Wal Mart, cool weather did not slow down any shoppers that is for sure. Folks from North Dakota, Minnesota and Montana, can relate......... Nice car you have there, and was nice to read about your road trip

For sure Fred only wish I had a big enough garage to keep a project around for winter. All my stuff is out of reach.

Ed, it is time to put a heated garage on your Santa Claus list. For guys with old cars who live in cold climates, a heated garage is a necessity. Winter is when I do 90% of the work on my beloved Mopars. Heading out right now to do some more work on the '48 Dodge coupe to get it all back together after its repaint.

I agree, my garage insulated R20 walls, R 40 ceiling, 2 X 4800 watt 240 volt electric forced air heaters.

I do a lot of work in winter, and should have done rear motor mounts today, well maybe tomorrow before going in fo night shifts

I agree. Its not the lack of heat. I could heat this one. My garage only holds 1 car. So all the toys are put away. I'd love to have a nice 3-4 stall garage of course.

Wow....sorry I have been away for a few days. Yes, looking at those pics really makes me appreciate that we here in California are spared such cold. Thanks for posting the pics, Rockwood.

BTW...I did get the correct switch, finally, and now I have three speeds of blowing heat.

You gotta be Prudent about this usage, Manitoba Hydro, has some of the cheapest rates in the world, at 5.5-6 cents per Kwh

I only have ONE of those puppies in my 18 x 20 garage, and I still have to take out a loan every time I use it!
