I went to play a round of golf with a friend this afternoon and he shot a hole in one. First time he had done it, and first time I had seen anyone do it in person. Have a great weekend.

Conventional wisdom says the Holes in One are a matter of luck. Did he due his duty and buy drinks for everyone????

I shot a hole in one once and the really good luck is I was with 3 other guys that witnessed it - other wise no one would believe you.

I'm a scratch golfer and play a few times a month with some old fraternity buddies. Usually drinking so I'm excited about eagles.

I only have one eagle on a medium length par 5 to claim for fame..had the putt been longer than 8 inches I could have easily got a bird instead..

#6 hole, Par 5...480 yards (forward pin set)

Cobra driver 275 yard drive

Cobra 3 wood, 205 yards..

Ping Putter 8 inch return putt..

I missed the hole on the second shot by what could not have been 1/2" sometimes you get get smiled upon...

I have only played two games now in the past two years..torn rotator left me with a wicked grip and an evil follow through..

my best was a 93 yard chip-in to shoot an 8 on the last hole at a course near me. My golf game isn't a problem until I get that D@mned putter out of my bag.
