Hey all, over the past year we have lost some members tragically, as will happen as our members get older, and pass on the big forum in the sky.

But what about our living members, that we have not heard of for a while such as Norm Carter, and JipJobXX, and some others too.

Has anyone heard from these 2 Gents, and any of the others in the last little while.

I hope they are alive and well, and still enjoying there old Mopars and Flat Head 6s......Fred

JipjobXX has a new name I think it's 1942Cowdodge, forgive me if I didn't type it right.

normspeed has taken a break from the forum, as he objected to the tone of some of the threads. In an email a couple months ago, he said he still checks in from time to time, but has chosen not to contribute.

I'm glad Normspeed is around. I, like others I am sure tried to persuade him not to stop. Always had good info, hope he, and others, decide to start again. We all need input from many sources to come to a sound decision sometimes.

Yep, that's right, Jon (jipjob) is now cowdodge..........i do believe that

name relates to the vacuum operated milking machine he can attach

to the car. He still posts right along.

Jon, (jipjob), up in Everett WA has been okay, had to be supportive of Kathy, his wonderful wife, through some medical challenges. He has been working on his camping trailer, called Grandma. You might go to his page and send him an email and let him know he is missed. I met him in 2003 and we both had our cars to show each, have lunch and go to his home to meet the fam and see his other toys. BTW, I think CowDodge52 is somebody with a Dodge Pickem Up; Jon is still here as JIPJOBXX.

Charlie, he has changed names due to a glitch in the forum, it wouldn't let him post.....or something to that effect.:)

I agree with you 100%, I know a thing or two about turning a wrench and fixing things but people who have owned maintained or restored these old cars have my utmost attention. I love my old Plymouth and I'm all ears when the senior forum members or even the newbies have a trick they're willing to share or I can learn from something they have experianced. I hope Normspeed will frequent the forum again.
