In ONE day.

yesterday it started out well below zero. Warmed up in morning with strong west winds(very unusaul, the warm, not west) thawed out half the snow on the ground, slush and water everywhere. By afternoon the snow and ice stated pelting down. A ' Alberta Clipper' came trucking thru. By dark couldnt see anything, completely whited out,,,snowing heavily,,,drove sideways by 55mph wind. Hour later its gone, back to snow drifts and piles redone by last storm. Back to rising temps!!!

Lucky that 22 didnt have a minus sign in front of it,,,and 40mph wind teaching you how to cover up!! Come on over one fine day(in winter),,,it will make your nose a believer!! Ever had body parts go numb in seconds?? Didnt think so!!

You guys down south should come up to sunny Southern Alberta. I live in Lethbridge, about 60 miles north of the border, and we are expecting 12C today or about 52F as a high. It is already that in the sun! Got a Chinook wind blowing which is taking all the snow away that we had recently. Don't mind sending you the cold weather but we're hanging onto the warm air. Seems crazy that we are 30F warmer than Tim in Georgia but being crazy is fun!! If it dries up enough I think I'll get the old '48 D25 out for a cruise.

Hey, don't blame the "Alberta Clipper"!!!! I'm north of Robert a bit, and right now, 11amMST, it's bright sunshine and 32f going up to 50f today.

So, maybe it's those guys in Montana sending down the cold and trying to blame us poor Canucks!!!!

3 days ago 32 BELOW, now 32 ABOVE...NUTS!!!! (but I love it)

The only downside is all that snow is now...slush. A clean vehicle doesn't exist here and the windshield washer business is brisk ;)
