too bad they backed it up against the fence. would have liked to have seen some other views. The double doors are work I couldn't even dream of being able to do.

I saw that purple truck at the Iola show a couple years ago. While talking with the owner I found out that he lives near me, but I've never seen it around here. It has a 440 with auto trans, IFS setup up front, and a Ford Ranger bed, and a Ford 9" axle (as I recall). He used two cabs to stretch. It's a nice looking truck.

Welllll, If'n my truck's a Pilothouse, what are all them big brothers? Staterooms?

Captain's Table? Tug Boats? Queen Marys? Supertankers? Frigates?

Y'all are right - just the thought of all that body work sorta' boggles the mind.

Guess I'll go sand out a few scratches in my roller paint job . . . and pout a little . . . :(

My brother, Paul, is a (gulp) streetrodder, but the family still speaks to him. Anyhoo, he spent three years of spare time just getting the new quarter windows to power up and down on his '48 Ford super cab. Been workin' on it over TEN years now. Man, that stuff takes serious time, I'm tellin you . . .

Like the late model grill piece onthe red one. Fellow here has a late 30 Chiverlay done up like that, no doors but does have 1/4 widows made from modified doors welded in.
