BloodyKnuckles Posted April 3, 2009 Author Report Posted April 3, 2009 It's getting close!! BloodyKnuckles Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 Well..I attended the swap meet, Friday and Saturday..walked my legs off..did get to meet up with Ron (bloodyknuckles) and meet a few of the local group he hangs out with. Met Moparsam of this page, did not attend the party as I had committed early to driving down to see my dad Saturday evening. Ron's chopped top is very nicely done, interior coming along..he is staying busy while driving it all the while.. As always..plenty of cars there, prices out the roof and very few changing hands I am sure.. Quote
BloodyKnuckles Posted April 5, 2009 Author Report Posted April 5, 2009 Tim, It was good talking with you there. I'm glad we got to get together. I do want to apologize about one of my friends. He was the one that asked you to not lean on my car. He felt so bad that asked you after I introduced you two. I am glad that he looks after my car when I'm not around. But as you know I would never be offended with you touching my car in any way. Mopar Sam, It was also great meeting up with you. I hope that since we are pretty close that we'll be able to get together again sometime. Had a great time this weekend. Getting ready for 1 more day!! BloodyKnuckles Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 maybe I owe you a paint job..bring it down..run it through my booth.. Quote
1937 Dodge Posted April 5, 2009 Report Posted April 5, 2009 Thanks for the invite, I just missed reading it in time. We left early Wednesday and just got back around noon today. Had a few windy days but weather was pretty good overall. We were in the green field. Didn't see too much in older MOPAR stuff but did pick up a couple of 3.54:1 rear axles out of 1947 Windsors with fluid drives that are in real good shape. I plan to replace my 3.9 with the 3.54.
