  2. New truck radiators: http://oldpickupparts.com/item.php?INV_ID=286
  3. I've looked at the engine decoder, but can't find anything definitive. P15 (star) 520704 (star) Is this a Plymouth 201? TIA!
  4. ROTFLMAO!!!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one that's done that.
  5. Josh, what's wrong with a stock radiator? There's one for sale in our classified section and I've got one for sale.
  6. http://p15-d24.com/topic/25400-fuel-tank-repair-myself/?hl=%2Bgas+%2Btank
  7. There was a Dana 44 option for the Cherokee/Comanche (XJ/MJ) also. 3:07, 3:55 or 4:10 gears.
  8. Some pics of Freds truck.
  9. Cut the bottom out of the top of the air cleaner and install a paper filter from a Volkswagen Vanagon. You'll also need to make a flat 'doughnut' shaped piece for the bottom of the base (where the oil would be). http://www.ebay.com/itm/K-N-air-filter-A065A12-VW-Vanagon-86-91-yr-283-/130814886453?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e752cc235&vxp=mtr
  10. Thanks Fred! It was a pleasure doing business with you. Post up some pics of that beautiful truck when ya can.
  11. Ah, my bad. My truck had a 4 speed in it. Looks like you'll need to change the bell housing also. Simple job.
  12. Good eye! A '71 actually. Dad bought it new, then gave it to me in the late '80's. 3/4 ton, crew cab, short bed, 383, auto, a/c, p/s, p/b. Wish I would have kept it!!!
  13. Sorry, no manual. I don't remember anything between the forks and bearing. Looking at the shop manual picture that Desotodav posted, that's how I remember it.
  14. LOL. It would be easier if I was closer. I replaced the clutch in the early '80's. Wasn't hard. I think I had a clutch disc alignment tool? The truck, until recently, has been sitting for 25 years. I'll try and get some pics for ya this week. I might even have another disc, throw out bearing and pressure plate laying around. EDIT: I do have extras, but they're 10".
  15. My B1B has an 11" clutch.
  16. A 4 speed transmission from a '52 or later will bold right in. These transmissions are synchronized between 2nd/3rd and 3rd/4th. Your parking brake will bolt on. I'm running a '52 trans in my '49.
  17. You're lucky, I didn't have any patina to start with.
  18. Another source: http://www.midwestmilitary.net/dodgewc16.html Dodge Clutch Kit Correct fit for all 1/2, 3/4, 1 & 1-1/2 Ton Dodge trucks. Re-manufactured plate, new disc, pilot bushing, return spring, and throw-out bearing. Core required. Kit - $140.00
  19. Push pins. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CAPPED-TRIM-CLIPS-GENERAL-FASTENERS-L-1-1-16-D-17-32-/320509642289?hash=item4a9fdd0631&vxp=mtr
  20. Paul, The sprayers that came with the cans spray in a narrow/vertical pattern. Much like a small spray gun would. But change the math to 12 x 3 x $18 = $648 Newly repaired grille is the original.
  21. Lookin' good. Definitely, especially with my budget.
