  1. Probably the right thing to do with it. Maybe they could immerse it into a tub of resin and have the world's largest paper weight. Eric
  2. That is a sharp P10. I like the P15 because it is so close to the pre war cars. Nice car and great accessories! Eric
  3. I would use Ebay as research for pricing and sell it using Craig's List. No Cost, No Hassle of non paying bidders. being in CA and Summer has to be ideal. Good Luck.
  4. I have visited the site quite often. I haven't done any down loads but it seems well run. Eric
  5. Uncle, this is much more stripped down. Guitar, bass, drums on most. I liked him from his Captain Beefheart days, "Electricity". "Jazz", Boderline", all good. I want to hear him play. The problem with most music today is that it is free so has no value!! Back in the old days(God I am old !!) we had to save for our record and choose carefully!!. Oh well life goes on!! Eric
  6. The woodpecker is just trying to impress some female. I am sure some of us here have revved our engines without the thought of others! Eric
  7. I bought the new Ry Cooder CD, "I, Flathead". It is good. The title was enough to entice me. Eric
  8. Yes a happy 4th to all. Dave, nice graphics on the back of the car. Eric
  9. I used Charlie's (Old Daddy's). It was straight forward and I did it by myself. I really have no mechanical experience. Charlie answered my silly questions and they work!!. Eric
  10. Howard, that is going to be one sweet ride. Eric
  11. John, every time I see your car I think what a great color combination. I like the blue Hawk and the Avanti next to it. What is your summer weather like? Real hot and humid? or is there a good constant breeze? Eric
  12. They even have more time to sing at Chrysler Plants now. Good commercial. Eric
  13. could you imagine the first ride without the C-clamps!! Eric
  14. I believe the option for "white birch" was available only in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Eric ps Looks really good.
  15. Some people have too much spare time!! That is a real hoot. Eric
  16. I went with my neighbor's son-in-law. He's a motor head. He owns his first car still, a 55 chevy 2 door. He presently owns 3 GTOs in different stages of completion. The Fremont, Nebraska Meet was pretty disapointing. He said it was down over 50% from previous years. It was interesting to see what people dragged there. I think gas prices hurt and Ebay. I looked for anything related to P15-D24 and found nothing. I was dreaming of a rim or two or maybe even an OD but no such luck. I did see a 38 Dodge that was rough but pretty much all there for 1400. Any ways, it was interesting to hear about Stage 4 vs Stage 5 Ram air!! Eric
  17. Thanks for the pictures Dennis. Some great cars. I like the Avanti and the Isetta. Eric
  18. Nice pics. That Stearns looks huge!! Eric
  19. What is that cross ram off of? Hemi or 413? And what were they asking for it? Thanks, Eric
  20. How about some pics? Sounds like quite an adventure. If the Speedo cable was the only problem then you did well. Eric
  21. Prices seem good. I like bo0th of his Studes! The Sunbeams might be going up with the Get Smart movie coming out. Do you hear that Tim? Eric
  22. Rodney, "No good deed goes unpunished". Eric
  23. Clay let's hear them. My first story that comes to mind is a Willie Nelson Story, my Stepfather saw him in a Reno hotel elevator and called security on him. he thought Willie was some vagrant!!
  24. There wasn't a band out there in the 60s who didn't cover or write their own Bo Diddley song. I almost forgot about Quicksilver, I am sure they woul play "Happy Trails" for Bo. Eric
