Rods linkage and choke are not the same for the 2 type of carbs

I have NOS this carburetor # 1125435  /SQUARE AIR HORN #380165  models C-39,40  1946-48 Chrysler

With the help of Marty I have found a Stromberg 2BBL carburetor 4-111A. 

now to complete the installation on my straight 8 I need all linkages, choke controler☺️

Even the carburetor is a work of art on this car!!!  On the pic of the straight eight engine, why is there only 6 spark plugs?  I thought of buying a T&C, but I didn't because it seems like a car for a millionaire with a big mansion.

Domiest....you got that 2bbl carb for a great price!

On the 2bbl engines there is a "throttle gaurd" vacuum chamber the attaches to that horizontal bracket on the carburetor including a vacuum supply tube.

It's purpose is to prevent stalling when coming to a sudden stop.

The Carter 1 bbl carb set up does not use it.

I have found a diagram of a throttle guard, I suppose it’s the same principle.

I had that 2bbl carb and throttle guard on my 1946  NewYorker 3 passenger coupe.

My  1948 T&C does not as it's the Carter 1 bbl.
