plymouthcranbrook Posted July 28, 2022 Report Posted July 28, 2022 I am kicking around the idea of replacing the well worn pedals on my 52 Cranbrook. So far only I have only found suppler on Flea-Bay who lists them and the price is $45.00. Everywhere else I have checked so far has other years but not the late 40’s-early 50’s pads. Has anyone found a reasonably priced set? I do still have to check a couple of the more well known ones but decided to ask here as well. Thanks if you have any info. Quote
desoto1939 Posted July 29, 2022 Report Posted July 29, 2022 I know that these bolt on pedal pads have gone up in price. I remember going to Hershey and also spring and Fall Carlise and you could find a set for around 15-20 dollars. I have noticed that these items are not being displayed at vendors sites so you are stuck with getting them off the ebay for the $45. Just like everything else the originals and the replacements are getting harder to find. Rich Hartung desoto1939@aol.com Quote
plymouthcranbrook Posted July 29, 2022 Author Report Posted July 29, 2022 I did see Bernbaum had them for $38.00 and one other as well. I guess I will have to bit the proverbial bullet and get them before the price goes up again. Quote
MarcDeSoto Posted July 29, 2022 Report Posted July 29, 2022 Rubber items have gone way up in price, but I'm remembering prices from the 80s. Luckily, I bought most of my rubber then. 1 Quote
bluefoxamazone Posted July 31, 2022 Report Posted July 31, 2022 not meaning to hijack the subject but do you have any idea where to find the rubber pieces that seal the pedal from the sheetwork. These square rubbers are totally worn out. grtz Quote
bluefoxamazone Posted July 31, 2022 Report Posted July 31, 2022 dam*nd should have looked better... I see Berbaum has them.... sorry... Quote
