Plymouthy Adams Posted December 6, 2021 Report Posted December 6, 2021 (edited) go Greyhound and leave the delivery to them.....a certain place that sells nuts and bolts offer a similar service but be prepared to pay way more than about any other mode of transport and PAY super close attention to their package requirements to protect your purchase. Merle Coggins Posted December 6, 2021 Report Posted December 6, 2021 Greyhound works well, but I don't know if they'd take a 250 lb. package, as the drivers need to be able to load and unload it from the luggage bays. Quote
dcotant Posted December 6, 2021 Report Posted December 6, 2021 You could try UShip ( uship.com ), basically you put in the information of what you want to ship and people bid against each other to take your load. That is how I got my donor truck from Michigan, cheaper than me getting it myself. Not sure how they handle heavy packages but they will know what they are picking up and I guess not bid if they could not handle it. Quote
