Gibson49
Hi all, I have a 1949 Dodge B-1 F. I'm fairly new to older dodge trucks, and can't seem to find anything online or in the shop manual about how to replace the panel light bulbs. Is there a way to replace the individual bulbs? ggdad1951
there is a socket you pull out of the back of the gauge, held in with spring prongs, should pop right out.
Tooljunkie
I agree, bulbs are in housings, and just snap in. Easy to replace.
Gibson49
Awesome. Thanks for the help. I wasn't sure if those came out, and I didn't want to just start pulling!
dcotant
I have found that instead of pulling straight back, if you apply angular pressure it works better, just kind of tip them out of their holes.
