Any chance someone has a loose output yoke they could measure? I have a 41 d19 with a fluid drive and the seal area is destroyed.  Going to have it welded up and turned back to size. Thanks for any help!

I did but the yoke is too worn and surface finish is terrible for a speedi

For those who might be following this thread, here is the groove and surface erosion on the crank damper on my 218 (no, the journal isn't cracked, it is a surface flaw):

And the Speedi-sleeve installed, I filled the groove with JB Weld prior to installing the sleeve.

Glad it worked for you, but I would still need to know the correct od to get an appropriate sized speedi sleeve.

Is there absolutely no unworn surface on yours?  If so that is very unusual as in most cases there will be a portion that does not contact the bushing or seal and can be measured for the OD spec.  Of course, the ID is your worn part.  Instructions for how to do that measurement are on the Speedisleeve web site.
