9 foot box
So, I'm going to pick up a 48 Ply. coupe. I get an hour away on icy highway and lose 5th gear. I return home. I know the nut has come off of the nv4500. I get home, google and talk to a couple of friends, buy a retainer from one. So, I call the guy and tell him I won't be there. I have this problem. Put it back on the list, if you want it gone. He did. When I got home, I put the truck on the lift, changed oil, rotated tires, and began the process of transfer case removal. 1998, 3500, 12V, dually. Well, I got the transfer case rolled back and trans extension off today. The fact that it stayed on for 91,075 miles impressive, I think. It is just a simple nut torqued to 280. Others have a split nut with a single screw, that tightens the nut , and others have two set screws with brass inserts to avoid thread damage. So, I'm not block sanding my 46 bus cp, painting a wd21 frame and parts and I need another project? Somebody buy this before I have my truck together this week. It seems to be missing the right door garnish and center top grill section. Otherwise, I'll probably go get the darn thing. 6736550778.html6736550778.html
