Chrysler didn't make one for the C48 Royal Woodie wagon or the other Town and Country models.

I have a Royal wagon too.

How did the  dealer parts departments order parts. there had to be some kind of a list or was there a seperate company that made the wagon bodies that published a parts sheet or book.

Yes bodies were made and mounted to chassis cowl assembly by a separate contractor at their facility.  You might want to check for info on the Imperial club website.  They have quite a bit of data on down market Chryslers as well as Imperials.  The Walter P Chrysler Club site may also have some info or lead you to a source or two.

All Parts including wood parts are listed in the 1950 MoPar parts book.

The original Town and Country Owners Club was a great info source for all Chrysler wood bodied cars but has been long gone.

The national "Woodie Club" has a sub chapter for MoPar woodie owners. Not nearly as good as the original.
