Stone chip guards.  They fit in the front of the rear fenders, most times combining with the rocker panel trim.  As to year and model, not gonna be much help. This off the web shot of a 49 would be typical of the application.

Thx Greg.  That was my first thought too, but they are very different from the ones on my '42 so I wasn't sure.

Just dis a search on Ebay/ The two on the bottom look like the example that someone is sell a r&l stone guard for a 50 Plymouth. The far right one is also listed as a 49 Plymouth on Ebay. Not sure if the posting is correct but that might help.  When trying to identify a part without a number is do a generice search on Ebay and you might find the part listed for sale, this sometimes helps.

The pair on the bottom looks like 50 plymouth and the signal one on top looks like 51 plymouth. Looks like the far right one is 49 per Gregs picture.
