Heater Control Panel

I'm looking for a panel like shown below. Can anyone enlighten me on what model and year this type heater panel was used.

That is the controls for the mod. 100 heater.  It is correct for your car.  The mod. 100 was  a cheaper heater used in Wayfarer cars it has less output than the mod 300 or the mod 500. You could order any of them if you wished.  No heater came as "stock" in Dodges in 49.

I don't think my car actually came with a heater. Appears a Tropic Air unit was installed at some point in time. I'd like to locate a panel like this to install a switch for the blower motor and a couple other control switches.

That panel has been correctly identified above  from left to right the knobs were fan, temp, defrost and air.

 

It could also be used for accessories as you have suggested.  I probably have more than one.  try me through a PM.

I got those same controls on my 51.

If you haven't found parts for that control panel check out this link. Its for the Defrost and Temp knobs on that control Panel.
