I was looking at a E bay item last night, then switched over to the p15 site. Top of my screen is ads from competitors of same items I was looking at on E bay. What gives, who gave you guys permission to hijack my E bay searches and try and sell me crap I don't want?

Talk to Google. They track your searches and then display ads based on your browsing history. Any site that uses Google Ads for ad services will have that behavior. And Google ads is the largest provider of ad services to web site publishers.

If you go in your google settings you can limit ad tracking.

If you install any number of possible privacy add-ons to your browser you can block a lot of tracking. Not just ad tracking.

I'm a fan of the AdBlock Plus browser extension. It does a good job and makes it nice to surf without all the advertisements. It's available free for many different browsers. http://www.cnet.com/how-to/block-ads-with-adblock-plus/
