Chrysler didn't make a truck but it looks like somebody made one out a chrysler.  4 cylinder only made in 26,27,28.  Probably a cut down sedan with a home made load bed.

Sort of looks like they cobbled a Chrysler doghouse onto a truck..."ancient American ingenuity" for a long ago repair?  Interesting, tho.
