ruff1148kr Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 Hi I'm away from my truck for the winter and want to place an order for cloth cowl lacing from Roberts or rubber from another but not sure how many feet to order how much do I need. Quote
Merle Coggins Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 I was thinking 6' would be plenty. I'd have to go out and measure it. Quote

Jeff Balazs Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 As measured...less than 6' on my 52. Jeff 1 Quote
Jim Shepard Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) One thing I discovered when doing mine was that the nails that came with the new lacing were smaller than stock and, therefore, wouldn't hold in the original holes. Fortunately, I kept the old nails and they went back in perfectly and have held up now for over ten years... BTW - I got my lacing from VPW. Edited February 6, 2015 by Jim Shepard Quote

I bought a BOX of nails that work well, if anyone needs any let me know... Quote
