JamesF Posted September 9, 2013 Report Posted September 9, 2013 Hi, Can anyone out there give me an educated guess of the weight of a complete 218 cu. inch 6 cyl flat head engine? I have looked all over the net but cannot find anything on weight. Thanks in advance. JamesF Quote
Mopar Mick Posted September 9, 2013 Report Posted September 9, 2013 That doesn't sound right. My Desoto Hemi only weighs 550 lbs. Mick. Quote

JamesF Posted September 11, 2013 Author Report Posted September 11, 2013 Hi, Thanks for the replys guys. One of the people who sell rebuild able 230 long blocks (Vintage power wagons) tell me that they weigh 450 lbs strapped to a pallet, ready to ship. That should be. The same as the 218. JamesF Quote
