Standing Elk
Is there any source for a set of after market door panels for my 48 B1C. Roberts Motors offers them but only as pare of the complete interior kit. Thanks S.E.
Merle Coggins
Check with Quiet Ride Solutions. They have ABS plastic versions of all of the interior panels, and you can purchase them seperately. http://www.quietride.com/index.html Merle
MBF
It isn't a big deal to make your own using a piece of luan as a backing and covering it with vinyl. I did that with my 1 ton, and I'm going to do it with the B2JA too. I used the old one for a pattern for the door and window handle holes. P15-D24
Or click on the banner ad for Pilothouse Interiors. They make door panels.
Scruffy49
Mine are fiberglass backed copper. Some kind of Air Force scrap material my father in law found back in the late 70s or early 80s. Still need to add a vinyl edge binding to them. I don't like raw edges on interior parts.
Jeff Balazs
Or click on the banner ad for Pilothouse Interiors. They make door panels. I second that. Very nice indeed and you are dealing with a Pilothouse owner who is a first class guy. There is no way I could have ever got it to look as professional as John has.
