Frank Elder Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 There are steelie rims that run from 15 to 18 inch on our new mopars for the spare tire, and the right width.....I would go that route:) Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 hard to believe someone paid over 2500.00 to get these to their door..guess there is no limit to getting that "look" I'm with Frankie, plenty of factory optional wheels out there to choose from..sizes, widths, offset etc...of course each build is different and there is no one set for all application unless you just want to stay stock..anybody can do that... Dave72dt Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Who knows what they're going to end up on. It may be the "look" the buyer wanted. Everyone knows a true restoration doesn't come cheaply either and if that's what's happening, these don't come up that often so buy them when they do. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 restoration value, that is true..am certain they are a few being put back in shape so to speak..I guess I got caught up in the hype of the ad for that traditional rod look, that was the trump card the seller was playing.. not sure of the milk truck year of application but they do not look like the ones in my Dodge book..but again, its not all inclusive pictorial book either..
